1. What we collect from companies using Prophet

Account details: name, company, phone, email (optional), zone, and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
How you use the feed: which listings you open, reveal, save or report, and your own notes — so the feed, limits and "busy" indicators work.
Payments: plan, amount, date and status. Card and wallet payments are handled by Paymob; we never see or store card numbers. For InstaPay we keep the screenshot and reference you upload, only to check the payment.
A login cookie that keeps you signed in, and your language choice saved in your browser.

2. Property listings

The feed shows property listings and contact numbers that sellers made public themselves. We only keep what is needed to show the listing. Anyone listed can ask us to remove their listing — write to aliahmedhassan2007@gmail.com with the phone number or link and we remove it.

3. How we use it

To run the service, check payments, stop abuse (for example many free accounts from one person), improve the AI filtering, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not send messages on your behalf.

4. Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run Prophet: Paymob (payments), our server host, and AI providers that help check listings (they get listing text, not your account details). And with authorities if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Account and payment records while your account is open and as long as the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

١. البيانات اللي بناخدها من الشركات اللي بتستخدم Prophet

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، الشركة، الموبايل، الإيميل (اختياري)، المنطقة، وكلمة السر (متخزنة مشفّرة بس).
استخدامك للصفحة: الإعلانات اللي بتفتحها أو بتكشف رقمها أو بتحفظها أو بتبلّغ عنها، وملاحظاتك — عشان الصفحة والحدود وعلامات "عليه طلب" تشتغل.
الدفع: الباقة، المبلغ، التاريخ والحالة. الدفع بالكارت والمحفظة بيتم عن طريق Paymob؛ إحنا عمرنا ما بنشوف أو بنحفظ أرقام الكروت. في إنستاباي بنحتفظ بصورة التحويل والرقم المرجعي اللي بترفعه، بس عشان نتأكد من الدفع.
كوكي تسجيل الدخول اللي بتخليك داخل، واختيار اللغة اللي بيتحفظ في المتصفح.

٢. إعلانات العقارات

الصفحة بتعرض إعلانات عقارات وأرقام تواصل البايعين نفسهم نشروها للعامة. بنحتفظ بس باللي محتاجينه عشان نعرض الإعلان. أي حد إعلانه موجود يقدر يطلب نشيله — ابعت على aliahmedhassan2007@gmail.com رقم الموبايل أو اللينك وهنشيله.

٣. بنستخدمها في إيه

عشان نشغّل الخدمة، ونتأكد من الدفع، ونمنع الاستغلال (زي حسابات مجانية كتير لنفس الشخص)، ونحسّن فلترة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ونكلمك بخصوص حسابك. إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك ومش بنبعت رسايل باسمك.

٤. بنشاركها مع مين

بس مع الخدمات اللي محتاجينها عشان Prophet يشتغل: Paymob (الدفع)، الشركة اللي مستضيفة السيرفر، ومزودي الذكاء الاصطناعي اللي بيساعدوا في مراجعة الإعلانات (بياخدوا نص الإعلان، مش بيانات حسابك). ومع الجهات الرسمية لو القانون طلب.

٥. بنحتفظ بيها قد إيه

بيانات الحساب والدفع طول ما حسابك مفتوح وبعدها قد ما القانون يطلب. تقدر تطلب نمسح حسابك في أي وقت.
