Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you (the company or person using the site) and Prophet ("Prophet", "we"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept them.

1. The service

Prophet shows real-estate companies and brokers new properties for sale in the zones they choose, collected from publicly available listings and checked by AI. Every company in a zone sees the same live feed — what you get is speed and filtering, not exclusive rights to any property or person.

2. Your account

Give true details (name, company, phone). One free account per person / phone number.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Do not share one paid account between different companies.

3. Plans and payment

Free plan: one zone and a limited number of contacts per day. We may change the free limits at any time.
Unlimited plan: paid per zone, per month, in advance. The current prices are on the upgrade page.
Payment by card or mobile wallet (through Paymob — we never see or store your card details) or by InstaPay. InstaPay payments turn on after we confirm the money arrived.
Plans do not renew automatically. When your paid month ends and you do not pay again, your zone goes back to Free.

4. Refunds and cancellation

No refunds. You can cancel any time; you keep full access until the end of the month you already paid, and you are not charged again. See Refunds & cancellation.

5. Fair use

Use the contacts only to offer real-estate services. Be respectful: no spam, no harassment, no misleading messages. If someone asks you not to contact them again, stop.
Do not copy, resell or republish the feed or its data, and do not use bots or scripts to download it.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the free plan, or harms the people listed, without refund. We will tell you why.

7. No guarantee

Listings come from public information and are checked by AI, so mistakes happen: a property may already be sold, details or prices may be wrong, or a contact may not be the seller. You can report a wrong listing from the feed. Prophet is not a party to any deal, does not take a commission, and is not responsible for deals between you and anyone you contact. Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last month.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the prices. Big changes are shown on the site before they apply; paid months already paid keep their price.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes go to the courts of Cairo.

شروط الاستخدام

الشروط دي اتفاق بينك (الشركة أو الشخص اللي بيستخدم الموقع) وبين Prophet ("Prophet" أو "إحنا"). لما تعمل حساب أو تدفع لباقة، تبقى موافق عليها.

١. الخدمة

Prophet بيعرض لشركات وسماسرة العقارات العقارات الجديدة المعروضة للبيع في المناطق اللي بيختاروها، متجمعة من إعلانات متاحة للعامة ومتراجعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. كل الشركات في نفس المنطقة بتشوف نفس الصفحة اللايف — اللي بتاخده هو السرعة والفلترة، مش حق حصري في أي عقار أو أي شخص.

٢. حسابك

اكتب بيانات حقيقية (الاسم، الشركة، الموبايل). حساب مجاني واحد لكل شخص / رقم موبايل.
خلّي كلمة السر سر. إنت مسؤول عن أي حاجة بتحصل في حسابك.
ممنوع تشارك حساب مدفوع واحد بين أكتر من شركة.

٣. الباقات والدفع

الباقة المجانية: منطقة واحدة وعدد محدود من الأرقام في اليوم. ممكن نغيّر حدود الباقة المجانية في أي وقت.
الباقة غير المحدودة: بتتدفع لكل منطقة، لكل شهر، مقدماً. الأسعار الحالية موجودة في صفحة الترقية.
الدفع بالكارت أو المحفظة (عن طريق Paymob — إحنا عمرنا ما بنشوف أو بنحفظ بيانات الكارت) أو بإنستاباي. الدفع بإنستاباي بيشتغل بعد ما نتأكد إن الفلوس وصلت.
الباقات مش بتتجدد لوحدها. لما الشهر المدفوع يخلص ومتدفعش تاني، منطقتك بترجع مجانية.

٤. الاسترداد والإلغاء

مفيش استرداد فلوس. تقدر تلغي في أي وقت؛ وهتفضل معاك الخدمة كاملة لحد آخر الشهر اللي دفعته، ومش هيتخصم منك تاني. شوف الاسترداد والإلغاء.

٥. الاستخدام العادل

استخدم الأرقام بس عشان تعرض خدمات عقارية. خليك محترم: ممنوع السبام والإزعاج والرسايل المضللة. ولو حد طلب منك متكلموش تاني، وقّف.
ممنوع تنسخ أو تبيع أو تنشر الصفحة أو بياناتها، وممنوع تستخدم برامج أو سكريبتات عشان تنزّلها.

٦. إيقاف الحساب

من حقنا نوقف أو نقفل أي حساب بيخالف الشروط دي، أو بيستغل الباقة المجانية، أو بيأذي الناس اللي إعلاناتهم موجودة، من غير استرداد. وهنقولك السبب.

٧. مفيش ضمان

الإعلانات جاية من معلومات متاحة للعامة ومتراجعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، فممكن يحصل غلط: العقار ممكن يكون اتباع، أو التفاصيل أو السعر غلط، أو الرقم مش رقم البايع. تقدر تبلّغ عن أي إعلان غلط من الصفحة. Prophet مش طرف في أي صفقة، ومش بياخد عمولة، ومش مسؤول عن أي اتفاق بينك وبين أي حد بتكلمه. أقصى مسؤولية علينا هي اللي دفعته لنا في آخر شهر.

٨. التغييرات

ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي أو الأسعار. التغييرات الكبيرة بتظهر على الموقع قبل ما تتطبق؛ والشهور اللي اتدفعت بتفضل بنفس سعرها.

٩. القانون

الشروط دي خاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وأي خلاف يروح لمحاكم القاهرة.
