Refunds & cancellation

No refunds
Payments for the Unlimited plan are not refundable, fully or partly, once the zone is turned on.
Cancel any time
- Plans are monthly and do not renew automatically — you are only charged when you choose to pay again.
- To cancel, simply do not pay for the next month (or tell us at aliahmedhassan2007@gmail.com).
- You keep full Unlimited access until the end of the month you already paid. After that, the zone goes back to the Free plan and your account and saved listings stay.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, or paid and Unlimited did not turn on, write to us with the payment reference and we fix it (turn it on, or return the extra payment).

المدفوع للباقة غير المحدودة مش بيترد، لا كله ولا جزء منه، بعد ما المنطقة تشتغل.
تقدر تلغي في أي وقت
- الباقات شهرية ومش بتتجدد لوحدها — مش بتدفع غير لما إنت تختار تدفع تاني.
- عشان تلغي، ببساطة متدفعش الشهر الجاي (أو قولنا على aliahmedhassan2007@gmail.com).
- هتفضل معاك الباقة غير المحدودة كاملة لحد آخر الشهر اللي دفعته. بعدها المنطقة بترجع للباقة المجانية، وحسابك والإعلانات اللي حفظتها بيفضلوا موجودين.
مشاكل الدفع
لو اتخصم منك مرتين، أو دفعت والباقة غير المحدودة مشتغلتش، ابعتلنا الرقم المرجعي للدفع وهنحلها (نشغّلها، أو نرجع المبلغ الزيادة).
